Here are a few tips that you can follow!
1. Freeze your butter.
No, not cold butter. Frozen butter. If your biscuits are supposed to be flaky, use this tip and that’s where the flakes come from. Grate your biscuits when you are adding in the ingredients.
2. Never use your hands
When you are mixing the dry ingredients and butter, you must NEVER use your hands. Use a metal spoon instead because the temperature of your hands will melt the butter.
3. Only work on cold surfaces.
When you are shaping the dough, make sure the surface is cold
