I recently tried a slice of Nutella Cheese Cake from Mamasab. Absolutely DELICIOUS😋 😋😋. Not too heavy on the cheese, a slight taste of chocolaty from the Nutella and not too thick from the crust. JUST PERFECT!!!

The Journey

I started when I was asked by my relatives if I know Mamasab Cake. I didn't.
They wanted to buy the cake for a Birthday celebration the next day.
I still have no clue how to buy the cake so I started to research about it.
I came across one of the many agents. They started to explain how to buy the cake using an Online System. Sounds like too much of a hassle. So I asked them if I could buy it at their bakery. YES it's possible but since they are using Special Online System, I may not get the cake when I want it because it's all pre-ordered by all agents in Malaysia. I must applaud from their urgency and attentive to customers request.
Then I came across few challenges....

First challenge : Availability
Second challenge : Time factor

Then came the third challenge: Can I trust this agent?

So I researched again and found the official website:

Someone replied and explained to me how it works. I still needed to know if I can trust the agent since it is using a Special Online System with Pre-Ordered with Online Payment.

It seems that every authorized agent is given a unique ID. For first time customers like myself, we can check with this ID and their registered telephone number. If the ID doesn't match with the phone number, then it is not an authorized agent.

There you are, my journey to Mamasab delicious yet affordable cakes & treats!

I managed to get the cakes to my relatives on time and they were very happy 🎂 😃
