— 我的cafe被landlord坑，我怎么自救 —

以为开了cafe就可以安定，没想到，真正的挑战才刚开始。
我的新cafe其实没有开多久。
旧店主把店卖掉，新房东上来，坐地起价——
直接涨67%的租金。

更讽刺的是，新房东自己没开过店。
看着我新人，营业不错，就觉得可以狮子大开口。

那种感觉，说实话，
像是刚起步就被狠狠搞了一下。
300K装修熬过了，开业熬过了，
以为能稳定下来，结果头顶被浇了一大盆冷水。

🚶‍♀️痛苦、不服、然后…接受
那段时间，真的很痛。
不甘心，觉得为什么要这样对我？
又害怕，怕亏更多，怕失去客人。

我不服。
但有些困难，
不是靠死撑就能解决的。

我不想输给随便给我暴击的人，
更不想输给自己。

最后，我鼓起勇气，去找新的店面。

🏠 听说搬店跟重新开店一样贵？
很多人劝我不要搬，
说搬店成本跟重新开一间差不多。
吓到我了。

但真的去了解了才发现——
没有那么贵。

搬店远比想象中容易。
虽然要花钱，
但没到要从零开始的程度。
（搬店成本细节我放在图文里，有兴趣可以划走看看👆）

🏡 新店是怎么找到的？
其实是邻里第一时间告诉了我们。
这个区很火，空铺很抢手。
邻居们帮忙留意，
也给了最一手的信息。

希望可以继续在这里，
继续互相做邻居。

👊 我的底气，是我的人
最让我感动的，不是搬完了。
是最不堪的时候，
有人跟我说：
“老板你怎么决定，我们都跟你。”

我的员工们，
没逼我装坚强。
我脆弱时，
他们愿意一起扛。

我才明白，
这家cafe，不只是卖咖啡，
是我们一起努力的小世界。

有时候老板也可以害怕、示弱，
可以请大家帮忙。
反而是这份坦诚，
让我们更有力量。

🍃 所以，搬走了，也搬走了焦虑
搬店100米，
是我走过最远的路。
但我没把它看成失败，
是新的机会。
