💬 “I have been a member for around 4 months but only started to use around 2 months ago. My purpose of using it is for daily errands and for long distance local travel as it is more convience.

My memorable experience is to always have multiple vehicles available to use efficiently as there are always vehicles available to use whenever I need it. I hope to see more different types of vehicles around as it can bring Tribecar more business and more users would be able to use it.”

💬 “I had been with Tribecar for about 6 1/2 going to 7 years. Mainly I use for going out for weekend/weekdays date with my wife whenever both of us are free. We both are working so some days we took leave to spend time together after sending our kids to school. Not only dates we do also go for grocery run at SG & sometimes to JB too..

My memorable experience was booking last minute with Tribecar to celebrate our anniversary to cross border. Thank god there was some car avail to go to JB.

💬 “Being a member of Tribecar for over 2 years, I usually use the cars for quick errands, groceries, appointments, island travelling. Hence, when I had a senior family member birthday, it stands out to me as a memorable time when I rented a car for leisure. Tribecar had fancy spacious cars for exactly my needs, a Nissan Elgrand at the time.

All my family members were amazed at the car, and found it comfortable. So much so then even years later, they still wanted me to rent it despite it no longer being available.

Anyways, I do hope that 10, 20 or multi-decades in the future, Tribecar continues to provide standout vehicles that make each special day renting one worth remembering.”

Generally service recovery from the customer service and backend team i.e. Rachel has been very very helpful. Have driven many years and sunk lots of money into renting with Tribecar (not ashamed to admit), Tribecar really stands out in service recovery, above all other car sharing platforms that I drove since getting my license. Tribecar was also there for my lowest when I managed to booked a last minute vehicle to rush to the hospital..and managed to see my grandpa one last time before he left me.”
