Many of you have been asking. We have started baking our signature Penang Sambal Heh Bi Mooncake right now!

"Heh Bi" means dried shrimp in Hokkien. We are a home baker based in Penang who use Penang authentic "Sambal Heh Bi" (Nyonya style spicy dried shrimp chili paste) as mooncake (to be exact, Gong Zai Bing) filling.

Mooncake tastes sweet generally, but the saltiness and spiciness of Sambal Heh Bi balances it out with a dash of spice. Try it to believe!

很快地，我们今年的中秋节Sambal虾米（虾米辣）公仔饼来到了最后一批啦！

想要中秋节与亲朋戚友共享的朋友们可以预定了咯！过了中秋节，我们就恢复60颗的最低订单量了。

There is no preservative added in our mooncakes. They can last for 10 days in room temperature and up to 1 month in chiller.

It's time of the year again for our seasonal Sambal Heh Bi Mooncake!

"Heh Bi" means dried shrimp in Hokkien. We are a home baker based in Penang who use Penang authentic "Sambal Heh Bi" (Nyonya style spicy dried shrimp chili paste) as mooncake (to be exact, Gong Zai Bing) filling.

Mooncake tastes sweet generally, but the saltiness and spiciness of Sambal Heh Bi balances it out with a dash of spice. Try it to believe!

This year, we have added individual packing into our menu, to make sharing with your loved ones and colleagues convenient.
