ade lots of mistake when we start to courier our cake to other state but learnt from our mistakes and improving daily. Our signature layer cake or kek lapis is low sugar, less oily, light and baked layer by layer with a hints of mixed spices. Making Cake Lapis is a very tedious job but it is worth the hard work when you see the beautiful layers of the cake. More so when we see our friends and loved ones enjoying every bite of it.
