Behind every beautiful macaron shell is not just a recipe — it’s a technique.

There are different methods to create macarons, but in our workshop, we’ll be teaching the Italian method — a technique known for creating a more stable meringue, better structure, and consistent results when done correctly.

What makes it beginner-friendly?

🤍 The sugar syrup helps create a more stable meringue
🤍 The batter is easier to control once you understand the technique
🤍 It gives you a strong foundation to troubleshoot and improve your macarons

Of course, macarons still require patience and practice — but with the right guidance, the process becomes much less intimidating.

It’s been a while since we last opened our baking space… and we’ve missed it so much. 💕

After a long pause, our macaron baking workshop is finally making a comeback this July, and we’re so excited to welcome you back again.
This is more than just a baking session. It’s a small, cozy experience where you get to slow down, learn something new, and enjoy the process of making beautiful macarons from scratch. 🍪✨

Our small group workshop (4–6 pax) is officially back, so everyone gets a more personal, relaxed, and guided experience throughout the session.
