• Participants must be able to self-collect the prize from either Miss Shortcakes or Short & Sweet.
• If the winner chooses to arrange a third-party delivery rider, car delivery is required. All delivery and rider charges are fully payable by the winner.
• Once the cake has been collected by a third-party rider, Miss Shortcakes is not responsible for any damage caused during transportation.
• The prize is not exchangeable for cash, another product, or an alternative prize.
• The winner must respond to our DM within 48 hours of being contacted. If we do not receive a response, a new winner may be selected.
• The prize must be collected within 7 days of the winner being announced.
