Ho! Ho! Ho! Christmas is around the corner! Here you goes some Chocolate Gingerbread Boy Cookies

Ingredients:
Butter 55g
Sugar 85g
1/2 egg
Molasses 80g
Plain flour 185g
Cocoa Powder 1 tbsp plus 1/2 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Ground Cinnamon 1/2 tsp
Baking Powder 1/4 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp

Methods:
1) In a large bowl,cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and molasses. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda, cinnamon, baking powder and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or until easy to handle.

2) Preheat oven to 180 degree.

3) On a lightly floured surface, roll dough to 1/8-inc thickness. Cut with a floured gingerbread boy cookies cutter, place 1 inc. apart on the baking paper.

4) Bake 8-10 mins or until edges are firm. remove to wire racks to cool. Ice & decorate as desired.
