Ak pn google la nama dia utk double confirm. Skali betul weh! Haha. Rupanya YB Fadhlina pernah rasa Cheesetart ak 5 tahun lepas (2021). Tp masa deliver dlu ak rasa ak panggil akak je kt YB ni. Sbb mmg semua customer ak panggil akak unless dia kenalkan diri dia as Datin, Puan, Aunty or makcik. Tau2 skarang dah jadi Menteri Pendidikan Malaysia 👏🏻👏🏻

• Chocolate Truffle •
I made Chocolate Truffle during my free time yesterday by using Dark and Milk Chocolate compound from VH (these are the chocolate ingredients available at my house). The result are great! The taste is 👌🏻. The bitterness and the sweetness are well combined. I prefer to have round shape so boleh fefeeling makan Laderach/Godiva chocolate 🤣. Texture wise, for me, its better to use Couverture chocolate.
I’m not selling this product. Even though only 3 ingredients to make this truffle and look easy, but it takes 1 whole day (I make it express) to complete everything 🤣. Now you know why 1pc of truffle soooo expensive. I used about 400gr of Chocolate (combined) only 30-35pcs je dapat. Sekali 2 kali ngap, tau2 tinggal sikit. Buat lagi lama dari makannya 😭😂 but i enjoyed the process so much.
