Teow Chew Spiral Yam & Shanghai Yam

Final orders are in and we are still available for orders.

Teochew Spiral Yam : Fragrant purple yam paste filling encased in ultra-flaky spiral pastry crust complimented with a golden single yolk.

Shanghai Yam : Biscuit crust made only with premium fresh butter, powdery and flaky skin filled with purple yam and a golden single yolk.

Being the traditionalist, we prefer the traditional baked ones, with not-too-sweet lotus paste. Hence these creations were our top choices and we definitely can't stop making them.

Each mooncake and pastry is baked in small batches everyday with the finest ingredients. For those who prefer lower sugar or halal options while indulging yourself during to baked mooncakes during this festival, our mooncakes are less sweet and also made from halal certified ingredients.
