Listen to my heart...it tells me to face the challenge of peeling pineapple, crush the flesh, cook down to the fiber with homemade raspberry jam and honey Mandarin. It tells me to use existing tart moulds and do it by hand to score the pattern. When my heart says so, baking becomes more of love than a pressure. Thanks to Wilfred for DIYing me a tart presser.
