3) Serabites Shipping Policy

Our delivery service is limited to a 10km radius from Serabites. We use our dedicated delivery team to ensure your cheesetarts and brownies arrive fresh and intact. If you are outside this area, you may arrange for pickup at a designated location within our delivery zone. Delivery Time
Delivery Schedule:
Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be delivered on the same day, subject to availability. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered the next business day. Delivery Hours:

4) Serabites Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Before Delivery:
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately at +6018-772 7367. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched for delivery. Cancellation by Serabites:
Serabites reserves the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity or if there are issues with payment processing. In such cases, you will be notified, and any payments made will be refunded in full. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds are only available for products that are damaged during delivery or if there is a significant discrepancy between the product description and the received item.
