certainly not the easy way.
1. No Artificial Substitutes - We held fast to the integrity of gourmet ingredients, refusing to sacrifice quality in lieu of shortcuts or artificial substitutes. Zero preservatives added. All goodness.
2. We resend all cookies and parcels that were damaged. Customer will have to send the prove of damaged cookies and parcels to us within 1 days after received the item.
3. We pack our cookies and parcels nicely with maximum protection.
4. All cookies are freshly handmade by us, we do not pre-make our cookies and keep it as stock, therefore a minimum of 1 business day is required for us to ship out your order.
5. We strive to deliver your order within the delivery time stipulated, there is no refund for any delay caused by courier company, we will try our best to ensure the parcel will be shipped to you on time.
6. Orders are processed for delivery on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays). We use J&T Express for Malaysia and Poslaju as our standard delivery courier. Delivery usually takes between 3 to 5 business days.
International shipments might be delayed depending on custom clearance.

2.我们重新发送所有损坏的糕点，饼干和包裹。客户必须在收到商品后的1天内将损坏的糕点，饼干和包裹证明发送给我们。
3.我们很好地包装饼干和包裹，并提供最大程度的保护。
4.我们所有糕点，饼干都是新鲜制作，我们不会预先制作糕点，饼干并将其保留为库存，因此，我们至少需要1个工作日才能发货。
5.我们努力在规定的交货时间内交付您的订单，由于快递公司造成的任何延误，我们不予退款，我们将尽最大努力确保将包裹按时寄送给您。
6.仅在工作日（星期一至星期五，公众假期除外）处理订单以进行交付。我们使用马来西亚的J＆T Express和Poslaju作为我们的标准快递。交货通常需要3到5个工作日。国际运输可能会因清关而延迟。

- All purchases of goods in our store should be checked and signed while delivering to your door step. Before signing, no matter the size of the parcel, please open and check it one by one. Confirm that the goods are in good condition
before signing. If there is any damage after signing, no compensation will be made. If cannot accept this term, please do not purchase.
- All purchasers of the store are deemed to have agreed to this agreement (regarding transportation damage, we refuse any form of negotiations, threats, malicious claims after signing.) If there are any problems during the acceptance
