Added 30% of freshly ground Black Wheat berries imported from Punjab, India. This variety of pigmented wheat developed by crossing purple and blue wheat, which contributes to its rich anthocyanin properties and dark color.

Black wheat possess higher protein content, iron & zinc, dietary fiber, calcium, vitamin K, total flavonoid (TFC) , phenolic content (TPC), and antioxidant activity. This makes Black Wheat a healthy option.
