Today I decided to block n ban an old customer who has been with me for 10 years. Why? I don’t need a customer that is rude repeatedly. I think enough is enough. Always complain n argue so rudely about the grab fees . No one is forcing her to use grab. She can always arrange her own transport. As if I’m robbing her grab money. When I ask her to deal with transport herself , she gets upset p**a ! Still ask me to grab to her. Every time I have to explain the same old thing. If it’s not grab, it’s something else. It’s ok I don’t need your business. I rather have my peace. End of rant .
