Single serve healthy cheesecake! I use blueberries in mine, but you can use the fruit that you want!
Ingredients:
One plain yogurt (150gr)
One egg
1 1/2 teaspoon of allulose or equivalent
A few drops of vanilla
Zest of 1/4 of a lemon
Berries or whatever topping you prefer

Simply put all the ingredients in the bowl you’re gonna bake in mix them and bake preheated oven at 180° for 30 minutes. Leave to cool overnight in the fridge and enjoy!

Chocolate covered walnuts in 5 min!
Simply put one cup of walnuts in a bowl and cover it with 100 g of melted dark chocolate or the chocolate of your choice.
Mix super well until the walnuts are totally covered then put 2 tablespoon of cacao on top close the bowl and shake super well until all the walnuts are covered!
And it is ready enjoy!
