Hello everyone! Been a long time since I last baked. I must say it's not easy to bake when you have your gums in pain. But this cake I had to do for a very special person.
My usual chocolate cake that never betrays the crave to bite in chocolate! Filled with velvety white chocolate ganache and covered in luscious dark chocolate ganache! Giving this cake a rich matt look.
