「澳門銀河」綜合度假城始終秉持推廣澳門「創意城市美食之都」的理念。在5月18日至21日於西班牙Castelldefels圓滿落幕的國際餐飲盛會 The Food Capital Summit 2026 中，澳門銀河特別派出CHA BEI行政副主廚 Ringo Tang 頂尖出擊，於國際舞台上展現東方與西方文化交融的廚藝魅力。

Ringo 廚師此次參與了主辦機構 Délice Network 旗下的「Chefs Beyond Borders」名廚交流計劃，並以一道 「澳門土生鹹蝦醬蒜香大蝦配煙燻烤椒」 作為示範菜色。該菜式憑藉著極具代表性的澳門鹹蝦醬，因其獨特的風味層次與文化底蘊，也用此菜色為大會晚宴的宴席佳餚，向Castelldefels市長，各國城市代表及領事展示了非凡的「澳門味道」。

未來，「澳門銀河」將持續推動國際級的廚藝交流，提升本地餐飲團隊的國際視野，並透過多元化的美食體驗，將澳門獨特的飲食遺傳發揚光大。

【Journey to Spain for Annual Summit to Promote Diversified Development and Showcase Macao’s Culinary Culture】
Galaxy Macau has always upheld its commitment to promoting Macao as a “Creative City of Gastronomy.” At the international culinary event The Food Capitals Summit 2026, successfully held in Castelldefels, Spain from 18 to 21 May, Galaxy Macau proudly sent CHA BEI Executive Sous Chef Ringo Tang to represent the city, demonstrating the culinary artistry born from the fusion of Eastern and Western cultures on the global stage.

At the Summit, Chef Ringo participated in the “Chefs Beyond Borders” exchange programme organised by the Délice Network. He presented a technical demonstration featuring the dish “Macanese Shrimp Paste Garlic Prawns with Smoked Grilled Peppers.” Using the iconic Macao shrimp paste as its core ingredient, its rich layers of taste and deep cultural roots, this dish also served as a delicacy at the Summit’s gala dinner, showcasing Mayor of Castelldefels, city representatives and consuls from various countries from the global gastronomy industry a remarkable taste of Macao.

Looking ahead, Galaxy Macau will continue to foster international culinary exchanges, broaden the global perspective of its local F&B teams, and promote Macao’s unique culinary heritage through diverse gastronomic experiences.
