Though the crackle of firecrackers🧨 is long gone, the collective memories of Macao’s residents are worth cherishing.
Professor Ung Vai Meng, curator of the exhibition “A Century of Iec Long Firecracker Factory in Radiance,” has spent two years meticulously preparing, thoroughly sorting through the development trajectory of Macao’s firecracker industry, its production processes, invaluable archival documents, and packaging labels, bringing this nearly forgotten chapter back to life👀.
