We noticed that our NYC cookies were leaning slightly on the sweeter side due to the extra chocolate coins. While they weren’t overwhelmingly sweet, we’ve carefully refined the recipe to create a more balanced flavor that’s thoughtfully adjusted to suit the Asian palate.

ပထမဆုံးအနေနဲ့ပေါ့နော်၊ မင်မင်ရဲ့ ခံယူချက်လေး ပြောပြပါမယ်ရှင့်။ မင်မင်က မုန့်ဆိုရင် savory ဖြစ်တဲ့မုန့်လေးတွေကို ပိုပြီးသဘောကျတတ်ပါတယ်ရှင့်။ အဲဒါနဲ့ NYC cookies 🍪တို့ brownie 🍫တို့ကိုစပြီး bake ခဲ့ပါတယ်ရှင့်။ bake တဲ့မုန့်ကောင်းကောင်းလေးတွေကို တခြားသူတွေကိုလည်း စားစေချင်တဲ့စိတ်ကြောင့် ဒီ online Bakehouse လေးစတင်ဖြစ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်ရှင့်။ “With quality ingredients, a passion for baking, and a creative palate, I began my baking journey and opened my online bakehouse.”

ဒုတိယတခုကတော့ မင်တို့ရဲ့🔑quality ingredients & proportion ပါရှင့်။ မင်မင်ကလိုအပ်တဲ့ အချိုးအစားကို လုံးဝမခိုချင်ဘူး မကပ်ချင်ဘူးရှင့်။ စျေးချိုချိုနဲ့များများရောင်းရအောင်လို့ စျေးချိုတဲ့ ingredients တွေသုံးဖို့ မင်မင်အသိတွေက အကြံပေးကြပါတယ်။ (သူတို့ကလည်း စေတနာနဲ့ပါ)။ ဒါပေမဲ့ မင်မင်ကတော့ ခေါင်းမာပါတယ်ရှင့်။ စျေးချိုတဲ့ပစ္စည်းကိုသုံးရင် နောက်ဆုံးမုန့်/products ရဲ့ quality မှာလာပြီးထိခိုက်ပါတယ်။ အဲ့ဒါကြောင့် quality ingredients တွေကိုပဲ သုံးတယ်ရှင့်။ မင်မင်စိတ်ထဲမှာ မကောင်းဘူးလို့ ထင်ရင် ဒါမှမဟုတ် ကိုယ်ထားတဲ့ စံနှုန်းနဲ့ မကိုက်ညီရင် ကိုယ်လည်းမစားချင်သလို၊ ဝယ်သူတွေကိုလည်း လုံးဝ (လုံးဝ) မရောင်းချင်ပါဘူးရှင့်။ ဒါ့ကြောင့် စျေးလေးနည်းနည်းများပေမဲ့ ခေါင်းမာစွာနဲ့ပဲ quality ingredients တွေကိုပဲရွေးသုံးခဲ့ပါတယ်။ နောက်တခုက proportion ကိုတင်းပြည့်ကျပ်ပြည့်ထည့်ပါတယ် 200 grams ထည့်ရမည့်ပစ္စည်းကို 150 grams ပဲထည့်တာတို့ တခြားပစ္စည်းတွေနဲ့ 200 grams ပြည့်အောင်ဖြည့်တာတို့ ဘာတို့လုံးဝမလုပ်နိုင်ပါဘူးရှင့်။ မင်မင်ရဲ့ မုန့် quality ကိုလုံးဝအထိခိုက်မခံနိုင်ပါဘူး၊ ဒါက မင်မင်ရဲ့ ခံယူချက်ပေါ့နော်။
