Chicken Kebab - Home Made with a traditional cooking recipe from Pastry Chef 🤤🍗
Ingredients:
1. Boneless Chicken 1/2 kg, cubed
2. Salt 1/2 tsp
3. Black pepper 1/2 tsp, crushed
4. Ketchup 2 tbsp
5. Soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp.
6. Ginger / Garlic paste 1 tsp
7. Chili Powder 1/2 tsp
8. Bell pepper (Capsicum) 2
9. Onion 2
10. Tomato 2
11. Olive Oil 1 tbsp
For BBQ Sauce:
1. Tomato paste 4 tsp
2. Ketchup 4 tbsp
3. Vinegar 4 tbsp
4. Garlic paste 1 tsp
5. Salt 1 tsp
6. Sugar 1 tsp
7. Chili Powder 1/2 tsp
8. Oil 2 tbsp
Uses:
1. grill pan
2. Kebab skewers
How To Make Chicken Kebab - Method (for skewers):
1. Cut chicken in to cube shapes.
2. Cut capsicum into half discard seeds and cut the flesh into 3 cm pieces.
3. Cut onion into quarters and separate the layers.
4. Cut tomato into half and discard seeds, cut flesh into 3 cm pieces.
5. In a bowl add chicken cubes, salt, red chili powder, fresh crushed black pepper, tomato ketchup, soy sauce, ginger, garlic paste and mix well.
6. Skew chicken and vegetables closely on Kebab skewers or bamboo skewers.
7. Then put the skewers in a grill pan and add olive oil for greasing.
9.When chicken begin to change its colour mean while sprinkle soy sauce on it.
To make BBQ sauce:
1. In a bowl add in tomato paste, white vinegar, ketchup, garlic paste, salt and sugar mix well until BBQ sauce is ready.
2. Now brush or spread the BBQ sauce all over the Kebab skewers, after 5 minutes change the side and also spread BBQ sauce.
3. Fry skewers more 8-10 minutes or until chicken melts properly and the vegetables are soft. take off from stove.
4. Spread boiled rice in a tray and put Kebab skewers and garnish with lettuce, lemon, and tomatoes.
5. Chef's tip: You can make this Kebab in grill pan or simple fry pan. For faster melting chicken, always skew tomato piece after chicken piece.
