මෙය මගේ පළමු Royal Icing නිර්මාණයයි ,මීට කලින් Royal Icing වචනය විතරයි මම දැනගෙන හිටියෙ කාලයක් තිස්සේ Royal Icing කරන විදිහ ඉගෙන ගන්න ආසාවෙන් හිටියේ, ඉතින් Dineshi Amarakoon Ms ,class එකක් පටන් ගන්නවා කියලා දැනගෙන මම මිස් ලගට class ගියා ,
Piping bag එක අල්ල ගන්න ඕන විදිය ඉදලා හැමදේම මිස් මට කියලා දුන්නා වැරදි වෙච්ච වාර නම් ගොඩයි ඒත් ඒ හැම වෙලාවෙම වැරැද්ද නිවැරදි කරලා හැම Technique එකක්ම කියලා දුන්නා කිසිදු ගුරු මුෂ්ටියක් නැතුව Royal Icing විතරක් නෙවෙයි home baker කෙනෙක් විදියට අපි වැඩ කරන්න ඕන විදිහ ඒ අතර මිස් මට කියලා දුන්නා
