Nutty Caramel fudge 😋

Warning... you can't stop with just one slice...

Soft vanilla sponge with vanilla bean buttercream slathered with fudgy carmel sauce, topped with roasted cashews and a secret ingredient... repeat.

It's a perfect tea time treat since it's not overly sweet and certainly not oozing with too much icing. And.... ta da drum roll, we only need 12 hours' notice to make it 😃 (on a not very busy day, that is)

It was so therapeutic to put this together. This cake easily doubles up as a dessert too BTW..
