🇸🇬 សិង្ហបុរីប្រកាសកញ្ចប់ជំនួយកុមារ រហូតដល់ S$62,000 ក្នុងកូនម្នាក់!
រដ្ឋាភិបាលសិង្ហបុរី បានប្រកាស SG Child Support Package ថ្មី ដើម្បីជួយគ្រួសារក្នុងការចិញ្ចឹមកូន ចាប់ពីកំណើតរហូតដល់អាយុ 17 ឆ្នាំ។ កញ្ចប់នេះនឹងចាប់ផ្តើមបើកផ្តល់អត្ថប្រយោជន៍ចាប់ពី ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ 2027 ហើយផ្តោតលើកុមារដែលមាន សញ្ជាតិសិង្ហបុរី។
💰 ការឧបត្ថម្ភសរុបរហូតដល់ S$62,000 ត្រូវបានបែងចែកដូចខាងក្រោម៖
👶 1. Baby Gift — S$10,000 ជាសាច់ប្រាក់
ផ្តល់ជា 2 ដំណាក់កាល ក្នុងរយៈពេល 12 ខែដំបូងបន្ទាប់ពីកុមារកើត។
💵 2. Child Credits — S$32,000 ជាសាច់ប្រាក់
ផ្តល់ S$2,000 ក្នុងមួយឆ្នាំ ចាប់ពីឆ្នាំដែលកូនមានអាយុ 1 ឆ្នាំ រហូតដល់អាយុ 16 ឆ្នាំ។
🏦 3. CDA First Step Grant — S$5,000
រដ្ឋាភិបាលដាក់ប្រាក់ S$5,000 ចូលក្នុង Child Development Account (CDA) សម្រាប់ចំណាយដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងកូន ដូចជា ការអប់រំមុនចូលសាលា និងសុខភាព។
🤝 4. CDA Government Co-Matching — រហូតដល់ S$5,000
នៅពេលឪពុកម្តាយសន្សំប្រាក់ចូល CDA រដ្ឋាភិបាលអាចជួយបន្ថែមតាមការសន្សំរបស់ឪពុកម្តាយ រហូតដល់ S$5,000។
🎓 5. PSEA Top-up — S$10,000
នៅឆ្នាំដែលកូនមានអាយុ 17 ឆ្នាំ រដ្ឋាភិបាលនឹងបញ្ចូល S$10,000 ទៅក្នុង Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA) ដើម្បីជួយចំណាយលើការអប់រំកម្រិតខ្ពស់។
➡️ សរុប៖ S$10,000 + S$32,000 + S$5,000 + S$5,000 + S$10,000 = រហូតដល់ S$62,000 ក្នុងកូនម្នាក់។
លើសពីនេះ ក៏នៅមាន S$5,000 MediSave Grant for Newborns និងប្រហែល S$2,500 Edusave contributions ផងដែរ ដែលធ្វើឱ្យការគាំទ្រផ្ទាល់សរុបពីរដ្ឋាភិបាលអាចឡើងដល់ប្រហែល S$70,000 ក្នុងកូនម្នាក់។
⚠️ ចំណាំ៖ S$62,000 មិនមែនជាសាច់ប្រាក់ដែលរដ្ឋាភិបាលប្រគល់ឱ្យឪពុកម្តាយម្តងទាំងអស់ទេ។ វាជាការរួមបញ្ចូលរវាងសាច់ប្រាក់ ប្រាក់ក្នុង CDA ការផ្គូផ្គងប្រាក់សន្សំ និងប្រាក់សម្រាប់ការអប់រំ ដែលផ្តល់ជាបន្តបន្ទាប់រហូតដល់កូនអាយុ 17 ឆ្នាំ។
🇬🇧 Singapore announces up to S$62,000 in support for each eligible child
Singapore has announced a new SG Child Support Package, providing stronger financial support for Singaporean families from a child's birth through age 17. Payouts will begin from April 2027.
💰 The package of up to S$62,000 is divided as follows:
👶 1. Baby Gift — S$10,000 CASH
Paid in 2 instalments within the child's first 12 months.
💵 2. Child Credits — S$32,000 CASH
Families receive S$2,000 per year from the year the child turns 1 until the year they turn 16.
🏦 3. CDA First Step Grant — S$5,000
Deposited into the child's Child Development Account (CDA) for approved child-related expenses such as preschool and healthcare.
🤝 4. CDA Government Co-Matching — up to S$5,000
The Government will match parents' eligible savings into the CDA, up to S$5,000.
🎓 5. PSEA Top-up — S$10,000
A one-off S$10,000 top-up into the child's Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA) in the year the child turns 17.
➡️ Total: S$10,000 + S$32,000 + S$5,000 + S$5,000 + S$10,000 = up to S$62,000 per child.
In addition, existing support includes a S$5,000 MediSave Grant for Newborns and approximately S$2,500 in Edusave contributions, bringing total direct government support to around S$70,000 per eligible Singapore Citizen child.
⚠️ Important: The S$62,000 is not one S$62,000 cash payment to parents. It is a combination of cash payments, CDA funding, government co-matching and education funding provided progressively from birth to age 17.
