A sweet little wedding, on a beautiful farm in North Bennington calls for hues of summer blues and yellow…
A sweet, delicate floral design made with lemon swiss meringue buttercream, on a lemon cake with the most delicate, velvety crumb. The bride’s request for use of natural food color (butterfly pea flowers, honey, and matcha are some good choices for color) lending to the overall dreamy color palette!

Hey sweets… it’s been a bit. Where do I begin? Started working full time as a litigation paralegal at the best firm in Manchester, Vt; the universe was so good to me upon my college graduation! Couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to join.

In the less happy department of life, I lost my mom last month after an almost 3 year battle with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. She was so brave and strong. She fought till the end, but, cancer is a bitch. She is missed more than words can say. 💔

Cakes have just not been a possibility…. Howeverrrrrr… a colleague is getting married soon and I wanted to create something special for an office celebration. Bright, cheerful, and sunny … I think my Momma would’ve loved this one, and she would be happy I’m playing with sugar again.

Baking on a case by case basis depending on my availability. Hope you’ve all been happy & healthy.
