Hey sweets… it’s been a bit. Where do I begin? Started working full time as a litigation paralegal at the best firm in Manchester, Vt; the universe was so good to me upon my college graduation! Couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to join.
In the less happy department of life, I lost my mom last month after an almost 3 year battle with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. She was so brave and strong. She fought till the end, but, cancer is a bitch. She is missed more than words can say. 💔
Cakes have just not been a possibility…. Howeverrrrrr… a colleague is getting married soon and I wanted to create something special for an office celebration. Bright, cheerful, and sunny … I think my Momma would’ve loved this one, and she would be happy I’m playing with sugar again.
Baking on a case by case basis depending on my availability. Hope you’ve all been happy & healthy.
