So, this weekend I was asked by my uncle to make my baby cousin this cake. Goodness, I had work in the morning (still not done with internship) so I had to go supply shopping and start baking that evening since I got everything from scratch. I started baking so late that I was getting done at 1:30a.m. But what can I say? T'was worth it. So here we have it finally: a 2kg Chocolate cake filled with choco Whipped cream and covered with a dark sweet chocolate Ganache and topped up with mixed berries and malteseers 🎂.. Happy birthday Sivi❤️
