the workplace can be a boring place to most people, so we took it upon ourselves to brighten up your 8-5 with these crafty tips on how to "HAVE FUN AT WORK"....

1. Decorate/ Personalise your work space (of course within reasonable limits) with items such a small family photo, a flower or two, a motivational quote, brightly coloured items such as desk organisers...be creative!

2.Implement a monetary (or otherwise) reward system for performing employees, this could be further reinforced by a wall of fame highlighting individuals and team effort.

3.Celebrate employees birthdays. Once a month (preferably at the end of the month) have cake or any other snack of your preference in addition to a spin-the-bottle game for the birthday boy or girl, with various gift item options on the board.

There you have it! May all your workdays be as exciting as Friday!
