Peppermint Crisp Tart

Ingredients
1 packet Tennis biscuits
1 can caramel treat
2 cups cream
400g Peppermint crisp chocolate chopped

Method
Mix caramel in bowl to loosen
In separate bowl,  whip cream until stiff peaks form.
Add whipped cream & 1/2 chocolate into caramel & mix until well combined.
Layer in dish alternating between biscuits & mixture.
Sprinkle remaining chocolate on top
Or do what I did & add another layer of biscuits on top.
Refrigerate to set, at least 6 hours. Preferably overnight
