Eggless vanilla cake recipe🙃
Ingredients:
1½ cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1/2cup milk
1cup Condensed milk
½ cup oil or melted butter
1 tsp vanilla essence
Method:
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Mix all dry ingredients.
Add milk, condensed milk , oil, and vanilla.
Mix well to a smooth batter.
Bake for 30–35 minutes.

🍰 Passion Cake (Easy Recipe)

🧾 Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine
3 eggs
1/2 cup fresh passion fruit pulp (with seeds or sieved)
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
Pinch of salt

👩‍🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C and grease your baking tin.
Cream butter & sugar
Mix until light and fluffy
Add eggs
Add one at a time, mixing well
Add passion fruit & vanilla
Stir in the pulp and vanilla
Mix dry ingredients
In another bowl: flour + baking powder + salt
Combine everything
Add dry ingredients and milk gradually
Mix until smooth (don’t overmix)

Bake
Pour into tin
Bake for 30–40 minutes (until a toothpick comes out clean)
Cool completely before serving
🍯 Optional Passion Glaze (Simple & Tasty)
1/2 cup icing sugar
2–3 tbsp passion juice
Mix and drizzle on top of the cake for extra flavor 😋
