Looks delicious and the Taste is nice.
But After eating them, i feel realy unkomfortabel.
Then i found in the Internet, that kidney beans raw are poisent🙆‍♀️🤭.
Okay, now i know this🤣🤣
Any idea or expriens whith Type of beans in Kenia are good for making sprouts?
