This coffee whipped cream is a favorite at the bakery! It pairs perfectly with our Redvelvet coffee and chocolate cakes.

How I made it:
Melt your coffee(I use instant coffee) with some whipped cream in the microwave and add to your bigger batch of whipped cream. It’s that simple!!

When I took a break from baking, I lost the book that had all my recipes and I haven’t been able to start testing some of those recipes again…

This passion cake was one of them and this is the first time I’m making it since then.

The recipe I got from the internet uses butter so the cake is dense but I prefer a fluffier cake, so I have to test it out a couple of times to get back to where we were😅
