Basic baking class

Introduction to baking

Baking from scratch 8 different cakes such as vanilla,orange, lemon poppy, chocolate, fruitcake, black forest,white forest,red velvet.

Decorating with whipped cream and buttercream
This includes crumbcoating,piping, writing, chocolate work, edible print etc

Making and decorating with fondant.
This includes covering a cake, basic flowers, making simple toppers, using cutters and moulds.

Costing your baked products

How to start your baking business.

The class takes 3 weeks, on weekdays from 9am-3pm Monday to Wednesday.

We provide all materials and you carry your cakes home.

Total cost is Ksh 45,000 payable in full before you start classes.
