Sakura cakes have been a big request this season 🌸 In Japan, we all wait for those beautiful cherry blossoms to bloom, and this one was such a joy to bring to life.

So happy to create this cake for a birthday celebration!

This one is a fresh strawberry cake, frosted with vanilla buttercream. Made with real strawberries, unbleached flour, organic sugar, and always free from extracts and artificial dyes.

Simple, natural, and made with all-natural dyes.
