Who was gonna tell me that getting a stand mixer would make my life 1000x easier?

A little bread asmr for ya today 😌 finally found a way to fit the Dutch oven in my tiny little countertop stove, so the crust is finally at optimal crunchiness! 🥖

This weekend’s experiment - lavender! It turned out super nice - subtle taste and slight tint to the interior. Perfect for jam or butter ☺️
