❗️Changing position during the ceremony❗️

Traditionally, the Officiant / Celebrant stands at the front and in the middle, right? But honestly, we believe that the ceremony is about the two of you and we’re up there to guide the service & introduce the most important part: your commitment to each other. Don’t you agree?

People are gathered to hear and see YOU saying vows and exchanging rings.

And, as much as our role is crucial for the best outcome of the overall ceremony, when YOUR moment comes, it is important that we move a few steps back and away from you two.

This allows to create an intimate space for you to share your vows, but also - and most importantly - to avoid being the awkward photobomber in the background 🤪 as you share your first kiss.

Oh, and of course, this makes it a lot easier for the photographers to capture a perfect frame of you and your loved one, in (probably) the most important moment of your special day ✨

Today we celebrate “Love Your Pet” Day! Because we know how impawtant your fur babies are to you 🤍

Anyone who has a pet (myself included) knows that they can bring a sense of joy, comfort and love in our lives, that can't be replicated.

So on your wedding day, having your pet by your side can truly make it extra special and provide a great source of entertainment for everyone.

Including them in your wedding ceremony is a wonderful way to honor your furry friends. So whether they’re walking you down the aisle or they’re your BridesPets, Best Paw or PageDog, we’re always happy to socialize with your four legged best buddies and help you find the best way to make them actively take part in the ceremony.

The wedding ceremony held inside the San Pietro in Valle Abbey was truly a unique and magical experience, thanks to the outstanding planning curated by ✨

📸 The main entrance, finely decorated with the beautiful floral arrangements by created an inviting and utterly romantic ambiance.

📸 Out of deep respect for the church, the priest and the religion they represent, I chose to lead this service standing on a side of the altar, thus leaving the couple at the heart of the ceremony with full freedom to enjoy it seated towards their families and friends and to stand facing each other for the exchange of vows and rings.

📸 The ceremony was bespoke and non-denominational, filled with joy and emotion, as the bride and groom exchanged their personal vows and wedding rings in the presence of their loved ones, who filled the church with warmth and love.

A big warm hello to all of you!

I'm Carina, the lead celebrant behind Tuscan Wedding Officiant, which has now become 𝗧𝗪𝗢 - 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗜𝘁𝗮𝗹𝘆 as the team has grown and I am now based in Piedmont 🏔️

For me, what I do is so much more than just a job, it's what allows me to meet people from all corners of the globe and bring out a deeper meaning of their life journey, in such an important moment in their lives.

So this is who I am:

😌📚 a soulful 𝗪𝗲𝗱𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁, a hopeless romantic and an antique person at heart, passionate about poetry, art, inspirational quotes, love stories and romantic sunsets.

🤓📸 But l'm also (believe it or not) a punctilious perfectionist, obsessed with matching colors, symmetry, travel photography and graphic design.

🍷 🧁 I'm also a food & wine lover and fine dining enthusiast, passionate about all things baking and eating, always looking for new things to taste and a good glass of red wine to sip.

✈️ 🌎 In my off-season spare time?
I usually travel abroad. A lot! I used to be a tour leader not long ago. That wanderlust vibe still runs in my veins and I have a personal IG profile to prove it 👉

I can’t even begin to tell you what an honour it was to celebrate this modern Hindu Wedding Ceremony at beautifully captured by .argentini.photographer 👈 check out this feed to see more of his amazing work ✨

Ok so, no, I am not a priest and yes, I am well aware that Hindu marriages are based on meaningful age old traditions that have been passed down through generations. And rightfully so, following the tradition is important.

But these spouses, coming from two different cultural backgrounds, really wanted to pay homage to both their families. And with my help and guidance, they were able to do so by blending together the meaningful rituals and order of service of a traditional Hindu wedding in a modern ceremony with an inclusive verbiage; weaving in some important features of the typical English wedding ceremony and leaving out certain aspects of both cultures, that felt non-compliant in terms of their beliefs.

The best part in choosing our celebration service was the freedom to develop a unique ceremony to fit their own vision, still in full respect of the traditions of both sides.

It was an exciting new experience for me and an amazing journey full of love, beautiful colours and learning about new traditions and rituals.
