To make my cakes as natural as possible, I use thouroughly tested recipes with real cream, mascarpone, high quality ingredients (e.g. belgian chocolate) and home-made ingredients (such as jams and caramel). I like being creative and experimenting, so in my recipes I combine the best traditions with
