Turning to Pure Couverture chocolates and High Quality Belgian Chocolate for my Cakes, Cupcakes, brownies and cookies was the boldest decision I took 4 years back.

It meant losing a few clients who were looking for cakes priced at lesser rates, but after getting aware of the taste, the mouth feel and obviously, the ingredients used in Compound slabs, it all felt Worth it ♥️
