Made these butterscotch cupcakes for a customer as part of a bulk order for a get-together.

The brown sugar cupcakes are incredibly soft and moist and injected with a homemade butterscotch sauce.

Frosting is vanilla buttercream, topped with a generous drizzle of butterscotch sauce.

No colours or additives were used in these cupcakes.

Butterscotch cupcakes are available in batches of 6 or 12 and packed in special cupcake carriers to prevent damage.

Lamington cake is an Australian tea cake that can be had by itself or with a layer of jam between two pieces. It is extremely popular in Australian bakeries and cafes.

The cake is a classic vanilla sponge that is coated with freshly homemade chocolate syrup (not store-bought) and rolled in Dessicated coconut.

If Bounty had a lower-cal cake cousin, this would be it!

Lamington cake is now available at the Tender Crumb in 500g and 1kg portions.
