This one isn’t on our café menu, but it’s such an easy breakfast to make at home as your protein packed post work out meal or a quick 4pm fix 🤎

Creamy yogurt, peanut butter, berries and a good handful of our crunchy granola — that’s it. A simple, delicious start to the morning.

Our granola is available at the café and on Swiggy & Zomato.

Peanut Butter Granola Yogurt Bowl

Ingredients

* 1 cup thick Greek yogurt / curd hung for 15 minutes
* ½ cup Konditori’s Granola
* 1–2 tbsp peanut butter (slightly melted)
* ¼ cup fresh blueberries
* ⁠honey or maple syrup (optional)
* ⁠Protein powder (optional)

Method
1. Whisk the yogurt/hung curd with honey or maple syrup and your choice of Protein powder (optional) until smooth and creamy.
2. Add it to a bowl and layer with Konditori’s Granola.
3. Add the peanut butter and fresh blueberries.
4. Finish with a little extra granola and a drizzle of peanut butter or maple syrup.
