All good things come to an end, and so has the journey of The Ministry of Chocolate.
I've lovingly baked many cakes for friends, family, and few customers throughout these years, enjoying every bit of it. I have, however, reached a point in life where eating healthier has become a priority. The idea of making traditional cakes is in complete contradiction to my current lifestyle.
This does not mean I've stopped baking. I have been busy trying to make healthier versions of desserts. After a LOT of failures, I am happy to be able to come up with wholesome recipes that are egg free, gluten free and refined sugar free. With slight modifications, these can easily be made Vegan and Keto friendly too.
