2 Mins Microwave Cake
Receipe
4 Tbsp Maida
3 Tbsp Sugar or as per your taste
2 Tbsp Coco Powder
1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
Pinch of salt
5 Tbsp Milk
3 Tbsp Oil
Vanilla Essence - few drops
First put all the dry ingredients in the microwave mug and mix well.
And oil and milk and keep mixing this mixture. Add few drops of vanilla essence and mix again. The mixture should not be watery and neither hard. Should be semi solid.
Microwave this mug for 1 minute. And then again for one more minute. Remove from microwave after few seconds. Let it cool. You could pour chocolate syrup on the cake with vanilla sprinklers or just eat it as it is You could also put it in the fridge once cooled and enjoy it later with a scoop of vanilla icecream
