It is said that, "Ability is what you are capable of doing..." to know your ability, to stretch limits, and to be able to push yourself, you need to keep challenging yourself..
This massive, single tiered cake, is built of seven layers of Rainbow Cake inside, and weighs a whopping 5kgs, and stands 8" tall. All Cream Cake.
That height of a single tier, and knowing that it's gonna travel far, was enough of a challenge we gave ourselves! & most of all, this one was not supposed to have any dividing support in the middle. ...
Being able to successfully pull-off this one, was knowing what we are capable of!
Baked for the young Amogh Thakur, an ardent football fan..
