Bird flu, scientifically known as H5N1, has long been associated with avian species. However, recent findings have revealed that even Marine mammals have also fallen victim🐬🐋 Tens of thousands of marine mammals have succumbed to H5N1. These include seals, dolphins, and whales. But why? 🤔
In March 2023 alone, 3,487 sea lions died in Peru. Rapid mutations of the virus have enabled it to carry out species jumping. For the first time, American livestock has been infiltrated by bird flu. 🐄🐖Federal regulators have uncovered traces of the bird flu virus in approximately 20% of retail milk samples, according to an announcement by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
A 2014 Research Paper by Jie Zhang et al. suggested of Low Thyroid Hormone Levels in H7N9 Patients. Maintaining optimal thyroid function is essential for overall health. Imbalances can affect metabolism, energy levels, and immune responses.
