Our plum cake soak. Packed separately for easy domestic travelling.

Half the magic of the plum cakes is in the soaked fruit and spices that go into them. The other half is this liquid gold, a concoction of fruit juice, syrup and spices that's used to keep the cake deliciously moist.

And in order to make our cakes travel better, we pack this separately so you can pour it at your convenience. Makes the cake last for several days at room temperature and much more suited for long travel.

Hello all!
In Spiti for a holiday until the end of the month. So, the kitchen will have to remain closed until then.
Apologies to all the September babies and all the people who have their anniversaries this month that I had to turn down catering to.

Its been 8 whole years since I've been to the mountains and boy, is it bringing up a barrage of emotions. Especially since this is the first time I've been here since I thought I lost my whole family and some very close friends in a truck accident after a bicycling trip we had to abandon half way due to bad weather in 2014. A lot has changed since then, and so have I.

Again, looking forward to serving you all once I'm back. Please stay safe and healthy!

Matcha Japanese Cheesecake.

Subtle, soft and a perfectly light dessert for this summer weather.

Great for folks who like milder, more nuanced flavours.

The matcha makes the jiggly fluffiness of the japanese cheesecake a teensy bit denser, but the flavour itself is certainly worth it.
