Madeleines

A french delicacy.
It is cookie with a texture of a spongecake. Marbled madeleines are a crazy fusion of vanilla and chocolate flavours.
Traditionally had with coffee in french cafes. Their Distinctive shell shape makes them an elegant addition to tea trays.
