Craving chocolate cake???? Let's make it
Ingredients:
1 packet/100 gm of any glucose biscuit [Parle G or Tiger]
1 packet/100 gms of chocolate biscuits [Oreo, bourbon or hide and seek]
2 tsp of finely grinded Sugar
1/2 cup Milk
3/4 tsp Eno salt [non-flavoured]
Amul chocolate/chocolate sauce, cake sprinkles and cherries for decoration [optional]
Butter for greasing
METHOD:
Take a packet of any glucose biscuit of your choice and empty them to the grinding jar. Add the packet of chocolate biscuits of your choice and make a fine powder
Add 2 tsp of sugar, and milk and mix them again in the grinder to form a smooth batter. Add 3/4 tsp of ENO and mix again.
Take a microwave safe bowl grease the bowl with butter and pour the mixture from mixer into this greased bowl.
Set the settings of microwave on normal mode for full power and microwave the mixture for 5 minutes.
Take a toothpick check by inserting it in the centre, if the toothpick comes out clean your cake is ready. Allow it to cool and transfer it to a plate once it has cool down.
Microwave the Amul chocolate for 10 seconds in a bowl check if it has melted and keep it again for 5-10 seconds.Pour the melted chocolate on the cake and sprinkle some cake sprinkles, choco chip and cherries on top. Serve and Enjoy!!!
Note:
You can also enjoy it hot with vanilla ice-cream and chocolate sauce.
