The story of Fé’s Deli
Fé’s Deli, a café in Borda was born of the desire that Faye a gastronome, has for delicious food and is a joint venture of her husband Graeme and her younger brother Shane who are also lovers of fine food.
The café has a French touch to it and is inspired by Shane’s travels in France. The delicious and lip-smacking pastries and savories available at the café are prepared by the pastry chef Jorry who together with his assistant Minish create irresistible delicacies. The intricate details are taken care of by Faye herself. Jorry has several years of experience across multiple kitchens the world over.
The café has a distinction of serving, Lavazza capsule coffee to its customers. The aroma of coffee and the delectable pastries and savories compel you to return to the deli for more. It specializes in doughnuts, bambolins(stuffed doughnuts), tiramisu and serradura, besides this it also has a wide array of savouries to suit every palate.
The café is open six days a week; with Sunday a weekly holiday; For those of you who have a sweet tooth and are addicted to coffee, there’s no other place like Fé’s Deli.
