Their irregular, gnarly shape and sunburnt colour are the promise of something delicious! You can’t beat these freshly baked breadsticks, because they are simply divine.
Fun Fact: Even Napoleon, when conquered Turin in 1801, became a huge fan of grissini and instituted a special daily courier service to send these ‘Les petits bâtons de Turin - The little sticks of Turin’ to the court in Paris.
