Traditional English ... spice up your evening meal with a traditional English dessert... a darling of all and .....3 slices of white bread ( avoid brown); 1/2 cup full cream; 2 cloves, 2 cinnamon sticks; 2 eggs; vanilla essence , black raisins; honey ....best 2 eggs in egg be**er to a thick foamy texture. Blend in cream; honey , cinnamons sticks ( in small pieces); cloves. Continue to beat the mixture till thick consistency. Add few drops of vanilla essence. Place bread in a glass ovenware and pour the eggs- cream mixture over it. Garnish with finely chopped black raisins... place in ore heated OTG at 240C for 7-8 minutes till the bread becomes crispy brown. A couple that cooks together stays together 😊. Today we share with you a customised dish made by our favourite guest couple and It’s . To 1/2 cup of uncooked quinoa, pls wash thoroughly under cold running water in a strainer
Add 1 cup water to the soaked Quinoa and put on boil on low flame
Keep the lid on till it boils, once it boils take the flame to medium heat for few minutes and then again simmer for 10 minutes
Sauté finely chopped veggies like onions, green and yellow peppers, mushrooms, American corn, beans, peas in few drops of olive oil
Sauté on low flame, after the veggies are semi cooked add quinoa to the pan, continue to stir on low flame for 5-7 minutes
Garnish with corriander; salt n pepper as per taste
Add soya sauce or stir fry sauce to give the pulao Oriental flavour @ Kharadi

In our next series on we bring one of our dear friend and true to his name he’s a dreamer😊 Pankaj shares with us his recipe for 😊.. am sure his lovely wife .buragohain22 is not complaining seeing Pankaj cook... so guys what u waiting for grab the ingredients start cooking and share your recipes with us Dish Name: Veg Hakka Noodles

1. Boil noodles for 10 mins( till it is half cooked)
2. After boiling the noodles, wash it in cold running water and mix with some vegetable oil to avoid stickiness.
3. Heat a Pan with 1 tbsp of oil for few seconds and then add chopped ginger and garlic. Sauté for 1-2 mins
4. Add 2 now of sliced onions. Sauté for Another 1-2 mins
5. Add diced capsicum, Brocoli & vegetables, Sauté In high flames for Another 1-2 mins so that the vegetables remain crispy.
6. Add salt to taste
7. Add half cooked noodles &mix it properly with all the vegetables.
8. Add 1 tbsp of soya sauce & 1 tbsp of vinegar.
9. You may also add chilli & tomato sauce if you wish so.
10. After mixing all the above items properly cook it in high flames for another 2 mins and your very own veg Hakka Noodles is ready to eat. @ Kharadi

😊today in our series we bring a special from our very own .phopate .. whose an avid ; 😉and yes now a ... today’s recipe is a recipe for ... so guys what you waiting for go to the kitchen and get started 😊 Recipe
1. Soak sabudana overnight
2. Roast peanuts in. OTG for few minutes or heat them in a pan with few drops of olive oil
3. Grind the roasted peanuts in a grinder to a coarse powder, and add it to the sabudana.
4. Boil one potato and after peeling the skin mash. Add few drops of milk to give it creamy consistency
5. Mix sabudana ( drain the water ) along with mashed potato, season with red salt, green chillies & coriander
6. Make small balls with this mixture flatten them a bit, and set aside.
7. Shallow Fry these pieces in olive oil until they turn golden brown
8. Serve with freshly beaten up fluffy yogurt on the side or with mint corriander chutney. @ Kharadi
